Terms of Service

Eligibility

DonutDozen is for players aged 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. One site account is allowed per Minecraft account. We will never ask for your Microsoft password or recovery code.

No real-world value

The only currency on DonutDozen is DonutSMP in-game Money. It has no real-world value. It must not be bought, sold or traded for real money, and doing so in connection with this site will get your account banned.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals depend on availability and may be processed by staff by hand. Requests may be delayed, paused or rejected, for example for maintenance or a security review.

Refunds

Missing funds must be reported within 72 hours, with evidence and an uncut video. Funds are not refundable once they have been wagered.

Moderation and bans

We may mute or ban accounts that abuse the platform, including through alt accounts, exploits, harassment or attempts to manipulate rewards. Balances of banned accounts may be withheld where abuse is involved.

Payment-account bans

The site's deposit and vault accounts are ordinary in-game accounts. If one is banned or loses its funds, the affected funds may not be recoverable.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost in-game Money or for losses caused by downtime, game server decisions or events outside our control.

Intellectual property

The DonutDozen name, site and original artwork belong to their owners. DonutDozen is not affiliated with Mojang AB, Microsoft or DonutSMP.

Downtime

The site, or parts of it, may be unavailable at any time for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
